Handling product life cycle management portfolio for panel meters, relays and tri-vector meters. Responsible for 1. Release of new product, giving DFM/DFT inputs to design for implementation in product, carry out production pilots, collect feedbacks, give inputs to various functions to resolve the issues and aid smooth execution of production orders. 2. Product life cycle management for released products, co-ordinate with cross functional teams to smoothly execute the day to day production activities 3. Keeping track of production failure, FPA failure, field failure data and implement the improvements in design, production by using various tools such as value engineering, VSM, pokayoke, etc.
Worked for 1 year in Gujarat and was responsible for sales & service activities in Uttar and Paschim Gujarat. Was looking after customer like PGVCL, UGVCL, Torrent Power, GIFT City, etc. After that again transferred to Mumbai and looking after utility customer in Maharashtra and MP (MPPKVVCL & MPMKVVCL) Was responsible for sales and service activities in this region.
After confirmation, promoted to Senior Engineer - Sales. Was given additional responsibility to look after MSEDCL and other private customers. I was responsible for technical & commercial discussion on metering products, order booking, order execution, on-time payment collection, submission of bank guarantees, collection of expired BG's, etc.
