Tracking the project. • Follow the process of project management and execute the order as per client requirement/URS. • Ensure timely deliverables in project. • Mentoring the project budget and ensure project completion as per cost target. • Monitoring the control design and electrical equipment planning and panel building activities. • Preparation of all necessary documents like Internal Inspection Report, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Operation and Maintenance Manual, Design Qualification (DQ), Identification Qualification (IQ), and Quality Acceptance Protocol (QAP). • Preparation of Bill of Material (BOM). • Coordinate with vendors and get the offloaded jobs completed within time line with good project factor. • Conducting the Equipment Dry Trials before customer visits. • Conducting the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Dry run Trials and function detailing. • Preparation of compliance report on required changes as discussed during the FAT and taking the dispatch clearance from client. • Coordinating with Third part Inspection teams like TUV. • Preparation of Packing List and coordinating with the dispatch team and ensure all material packed as per the project requirement. • Coordinating with site team for successful Errection and Commissioning activities. Coordinating with the marketing department for payment and retention status of dispatched/Commissioned Equipment’s. • Generate and maintain budgets. Prepare final project costing.
