WHAT I DO TODAY I'm the Senior HR Business Partner and AGM HR at JSW Global Business Services, partnering directly with the CEO and COO GBS on people strategy, org design, and capability build. I'm fluent in Power BI (advanced), hands on with HR chatbot building, and use ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot daily for HR productivity.
