As a Trainee Mortgage Consultant at Sharman Quinney, I supported mortgage and property transactions by working closely with advisors, buyers, sellers and solicitors to ensure a smooth process from offer through to completion. I analysed property values, local pricing trends and buyer demand using platforms such as Rightmove, helping to inform pricing and negotiation decisions.
