As part of a selected student team from Rennes School of Business, contributed to a strategic data analytics project in partnership with Royal Canin’s APAC Logistics division. The project aimed to improve data granularity and provide actionable insights to support carbon footprint reduction across 11 Asia-Pacific markets. Key Responsibilities: • Collected, cleaned, and integrated multi-market logistics data to evaluate CO₂ emissions across transport lanes. • Designed a comprehensive carbon heatmap visualizing emissions performance by lane across the APAC region. • Developed a new carbon intensity indicator to provide more accurate benchmarking of emission efficiency. • Identified key factors influencing logistics emissions granularity and performance variance across regions. • Created and presented an executive summary with tailored, market-specific recommendations to regional leadership. • Collaborated closely with Royal Canin’s technical and business teams to validate assumptions and ensure strategic alignment. • Presented findings to logistics managers representing 11 APAC markets. • Business communication and client presentation Tools: Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Python (pandas, matplotlib/seaborn), and industry research Key Achievements: 1.Selected as the top-performing team among multiple groups to represent the class in the final client presentation. 2. Recognized by Royal Canin for delivering ambitious and high-impact recommendations on a time-critical project. 3. Developed client-ready visual tools to support ongoing carbon strategy and decision-making.
Ensure that the system technically fulfils the defined needs and enhancements (change requests) and that a proper system engineering approach is being followed. • Ensure technical consistency and alignment with the other System & Product Design teams / or / Project Engineering teams throughout the development, providing technical support to V&V, and support to Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety Analysis. Interact with other System Engineers and with other Métier engineers to that ensure the design fits with the intended architecture. Currently handing Renfe, FGC and Line 18 simultaneously.
• Create the system documents, including plans, specifications and other technical documents. • Apply the system engineering processes.
