In my role as a team lead I got interested in leading people through the coaching program of relaxdays. And as my team was very successful I got the chance to inspire other development teams. I am currently managing 2 teams and am also acting as an interim Product Owner for my old team.
I had the chance to build my first team and over the course of nearly one year grew it to 7 people. We built a PWA for internal use, that allowed users to manage prices for over 20.000 articles. For that purpose we also built a C# GraphQL backend, that allowed us to decouple our frontend and backend tasks a bit more and we were able to deliver many features because of that. I helped organizing the first hackathons relaxdays did, by creating tasks and evaluating submissions. Also I got to mentor three wonderful working students with their theses.
I visualized the connections between different services in the company. I also acted as interim Product Owner for the DevOps team and helped teams to migrate their services and deployments from TFS and Docker Hosts to our new gitlab and kubernetes cluster.

I had a lot of jobs at the university (at times 3 simultaneous contracts). For the entire duration I helped administrating the infrastructure at the Institute of Computer Science and got a lot of knowledge about Linux through that. Other than that I was corrector for some exercises and helped with preparation work for a paper on learning to search in the big data analytics working group.
