I started working for Toyota motor corporation(TMC)since 2003. I was assigned to Accounting division as an experts. I worked for Toyota motor Kirloskar(India) as division coordinator of Accounting. I mainly focused on profit improvement activity there. Toyota was struggled in India then, so it was quite tough challenge. After 3 years of my assignment, I came back to TMC in 2016, and was assigned global profit management. Since 2017, I joined special task force team, 'Cost and profit structure improvement dept', and tried to restructuring Toyota's cost planning scheme and started to prepare 2030 business plan. Since 2019, I was assigned as group manager of Non-consolidated financial reporting group. In parallel, I was assigned several group company's M&A project and supported the deals from A&F point of view. Since 2021, I worked for Toyota motor Europe(TME) as Technical Head of Accounting and Finance, which is my second overseas assignment. In 2022, I was assigned as Head of Treasury and Insurance(Dual cap). In 2022, I dedicated to manage Toyota's Russia business after Russia invasion to Ukraina. Finally we sold and closed our plant in Russia, I supported this negotiation from Europe side. In 2023, I spend a lot of my time for making new business plan toward 2030, which is required to realize carbon neutrality and sustainable profitability. It is very tough job to find solutions, but I tried with my colleagues in TME and TMC.
Cost accounting, P/L management, cost planning/management
