At CA, I led full-cycle recruiting for high-growth CPG startups, including senior and executive-level roles across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Ops. I partnered with hiring teams to define roles, shape sourcing strategies, and streamline hiring processes for a high-touch candidate experience.
