• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers and developers, to design intuitive and accessible digital products on a project-to-project basis • Conduct extensive research, utilizing methods such as competitive analysis and heuristic evaluation, to inform user-centered designs • Produce streamlined user experiences through the creation of user flows and medium to high-fidelity screens in Figma • Develop functional prototypes using InVision and Figma, effectively demonstrating product functionality • Maintain consistency through the development of style guides and component libraries that adhered to WCAG AA standards • Lead an agile team of 5 designers in a successful redesign of an e-commerce website
• Collaborate with a team of 8 people to plan, schedule, promote, and execute engineering, cultural, and social events for 50+ general members, observing a 300% increase in membership from the previous year • Oversee the execution of all internal activities, including coordination of the club peer mentorship program consisting of 30+ general members • Spearhead an internship program that facilitated leadership development amongst 1st and 2nd-year engineering and science students, resulting in increased club engagement and growth • Facilitated seamless transition of club events from virtual to in-person, while effectively supporting new board members and first and second-year students during the transition process
• Design digital media to promote events and activities on maintained social media accounts, resulting in increased engagement and attendance • Create a cohesive digital branding identity that translated across social media platforms to increase visibility, engagement, and growth of the club’s online presence • Develop a user-centered website featuring information about club activities and mission to increase awareness and accessible information among the student population
• Inputted weekly collections and donation amounts into an Excel spreadsheet • Maintained profiles of 300+ church members to be up-to-date and correct • Prepared and distributed 400+ newsletters weekly to church members and guests
