Working with the Decorative Arts team to plan, research, catalogue and execute collections for auction. Liaising with vendors/clients regarding arrival of stock for sale and return of goods if unsold. Maintaining departmental contracting (Agent Agreements). Managing property flow and stock control procedures through SAM software. Ensure the cataloguing of items are on schedule. Assisting with Photography requirements with the Photography Department or outside photographers. Assisting with website requirements with the Marketing department ensuring catalogue details are on time to the Webb’s website and ensuring text and images are correctly allocated. Handling the receipt of goods from vendors or potential vendors for appraisal. Based on the Pony Club Secrets books by best-selling author, Stacy Gregg, Mystic is a character-driven thriller for a family audience. Created by Amy Shindler and Beth Chalmers, it is based on Pony Club Secrets, Stacy Gregg's series of pony novels, the first of which is Mystic and the Midnight Ride (2007). Set on the fictional peninsula of Kauri Point, New Zealand, Mystic tells the story of Issie Brown and her new-found friendships with the town's teen horse riders, and their efforts to save Kauri Point from an industrial development that threatens it.
