Support ~100 employees throughout the US, Poland, Portugal, UK, and Spain in a remote first environment. Responsible for all employee relations including conflict resolution, investigations, benefits, and L&D. Successfully supported fundraising efforts for Series C due diligence. Oversite of HRIS maintenance and data quality among all People Ops systems via EDI feed and/or manual data entry.
Facilitated and designed experiential face-to-face training's for companies such as American Red Cross, Discover Credit Card, and Federal Reserve. Also worked with at risk youth throughout the CPS system to improve social emotional learning and prevent bullying as part of a give back program.
