Through personal and professional experiences, it had become apparent to me that there had to be a better way of managing myself, my energy, my time and leading others to a healthier work life balance. So, as a leader it was then obvious I had to listen and learn every day, continue my education, expand my knowledge; to coach others to live to their full potential, to find balance and peace. I’m an entrepreneur, wellness guide, and author focused on helping people reclaim their energy, clarity, and peace. After nearly a decade in corporate leadership at Allstate/National General—leading high-performing teams across multiple states—I chose a more intentional path centered on real impact and meaningful work. Through FK Farm and Natural Mode, I blend sustainable living, wellness practices, and personal development to support individuals who want more out of life than burnout and constant pressure. My work includes energy management coaching, sound-bath sessions, mindset support, and creating small-batch, farm-made goods that promote grounding and simplicity. I wrote “Courage Over Corporate” to help others navigate the shift from surviving to actually living—with more purpose, balance, and space for the things they love, not just the things they’re paid to do.
