I am the Membership Director at Forest Glen Golf and Country Club, located in Naples, FL. I have been with the Club since moving to Naples in 2005. I started off in the Food & Beverage Department as a server and bar manager. In 2007, I transitioned onto the Administrative Team as the Membership Director. I am the “go to” person at Forest Glen. Prior to moving to Naples, I worked at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, NY in the Banquet Department and had the opportunity to work temporarily for the PGA during the 2003 Championship held at Oak Hill CC. I hold 2 degrees from St. Bonaventure University: BBA in Marketing (’02) and MBA in General Business (’04). In 2014, I became a licensed Community Association Manager in the state of FL. I am mom to a 5 year old son named Jacob, a dog named Zoe and soon-to-be step mom to a 5 year old daughter and an 8 year old daughter. In my spare time, I am at the gym taking a Spin class, teaching Pilates or spending time with my friends and family.
Webmaster for the Forest Glen web site for updates, archives, information and pictures. Communicates with the membership via email and keeps keeps a current database of all members. Works closely with the Master Board of Directors, Social, Communications and Marketing committees. Takes reservations for special events and special dinners. Organizes with Department Leaders all member meetings, events, functions, etc. Organizes and facilitates new member orientations and maintains all members files. Organizes and facilitates the transfer of membership, gives transfer member orientations and check-in. Maintains proficiency in the operation of point of sale, Chelsea and all other computer programs used by all staff. Cross trained - capable of providing assistance in several departments of the club if needed.
Taking drink orders, making drinks, inventory control, closing out the shifts.
Responsible from start to finish all aspects of special events. Helped set up room based on predetermined floor plans, set tables, took orders, served food and drink, cleaned up and broke down events.
