Following a transition from the operations to the marketing department, I hang it all together from strategy, planning and budgeting all the way down to daily execution. Liaising with and coordinating external partners, agencies and contractors, as well as supporting the in-house team, working closely together with co-founders and the growth department to ensure alignment, while also taking the lead on some projects. My favourite ones to lead are thought leadership co-marketing projects shared with the brilliant partner network we have. Previously, I've worked with Quickfire on studio resource planning (for which we successfully implemented a new system together), hours tracking, utilisation, team trainings, and partner lunch and learn events.

Supported the digital PR team, drafted press releases, secured backlinks, monitored opportunities and journalist requests, and dipped my toe in pitching. It was an amazing experience with a great team, I've learned a lot during my brief time here.
I was marketing manager of the Hungarian subsidiary, planned and managed marketing based on corporate guidelines, adapted campaigns to domestic market, coordinated all marketing activities and partner events, from press releases to campaigns to print media to merch orders and more.
