With over 15 years of experience in the field of education as an English Language instructor, I’ve found I really enjoy the learner engagement aspect of education as well as the instructional planning, creation and delivery. Skilled in the ADDIE model, I have knowledge of a variety of training methodologies both in-person and through LMS to meet diverse learning needs.
