I’m an experienced educator and leader passionate about supporting student achievement, educator growth, and school leadership—especially in the context of English Learners. With a strong background in ESOL, gifted education, and instructional coaching, I focus on developing effective instructional programs, leading high-impact professional development, and strengthening classroom practices. Currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Administration and Supervision at the University of Virginia, I’m dedicated to fostering meaningful collaboration among educators and administrators, and helping students grow into lifelong learners.
Founded a nonprofit organization committed to advancing multilingual education and expanding access to high-quality learning opportunities for all students. The organization centers on supporting multilingual learners through research-informed and evidence-based practices.
