During the first year of my traineeship I worked primarily within the Conveyancing department, assisting with residential and non-residential conveyancing, leases and tenancy issues. Throughout my second year I have had the opportunity to focus on Guardianship's and Executries.
Providing general support to the Asset Management Team, Investment Team, Property Estates Management and Heads of Service. Creating spreadsheets and interpreting data for use in Statutory Performance Indicators and Benchmarking websites. Liaising with services to ensure data for the Corporate Asset Group and Property Asset Management Plan is supplied on time and in the correct format.
