In this role, I have the responsibility of assisting the Director of Communications in any day-to-day tasks, as well as any projects within the Communications departments. I am familiar with design programs such as InDesign and Adobe Creative Cloud. I also help run the athletic programs’ social media. My responsibility also entails updating sports rosters and media on the Troy Athletics website.
My responsibilities in this role were to cold call patients and customers for engagement. On these calls, I would introduce the patients to the services that the company provides and encourage them to sign up.
