Lead both client and Epic teams in scope definition, implementation planning, staffing, budget creation, clinical transformation and process redesign, system and content build, integrated testing, training and long-term support tailored to each organization. Manage regular communication of project plans, updates, budget tracking, benefits realisation, and staffing analyses with a focus on global project leadership throughout all phases of Epic implementations with executive leadership, clinical directors, IT directors, project teams, and Epic staff. Assignments include academic medical centers, independent health systems, community hospitals, and pediatric organisations, and include healthcare organizations in the following countries: USA, Finland, Lebanon, UK, Norway, and Canada.
Manage a team of 12 direct reports, including regular performance reviews, work delegation, and staffing assignments. Contribute to the overall product and personnel management of the Hospital Billing implementation division (2010-2014), Home Health/Hospice implementation division (2014-2017), Epic Trondheim office (2019-2020), Epic Bristol office (2017-2024), and Radiant/Lumens implementation division (2024-present).
