Hello, I am the Founder and CEO of Miss Estruch Biology LTD, where I create A-level and GCSE biology resources to improve students' grades, confidence, and study skills. I specialise in creating engaging content across various social media platforms, such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, and in collaboration with brands to support students. In addition to creating online courses to improve exam techniques, I have also authored the ASAL Biology workbook for Cambridge University Press, the Oxford Smart AQA GCSE Sciences: Biology Teacher Handbook and iGCSE questions book. Teaching science, predominantly Biology since 2010, I have held various positions of responsibility, including Head of Biology, Study Skills Coordinator, and most recently, Head of Science since 2017. I have worked at a variety of schools in Nottingham, Sheffield, Essex, and London, where I have strived to develop my teaching and learning strategies continually. I also create resources for teachers, including free CPD events, ready-to-use PowerPoint lessons for A-level Biology, GCSE and A-level skill revision lessons. Alongside this, I host the Miss Estruch Teach & Tell weekly podcast, which shares strategies to help busy teachers streamline their workload and improve teaching and learning. My background includes a Master of Education and collaborative research with the University of Cambridge on flipped learning and student motivation. These experiences have shaped my focus today: providing high-quality digital resources, lessons and professional development online for teachers and students worldwide.

My passion for education and biology also resulted in me being headhunted to co-author the ASAL Biology workbook and flashcards for Cambridge University Press. I then went on to write a proof of concept for a subsequent iGCSE teacher resources book for them. In addition to my work with Miss Estruch Biology LTD, I have been teaching science since 2010, specialising in Biology. Over the years, I have taken on various roles, including Head of Biology, Study Skills Coordinator, and most recently, Head of Science. As a private tutor, I work with students to help them achieve their academic goals by providing tailored support and guidance. With a focus on improving student outcomes, I am passionate about providing high-quality resources and support that inspire students to achieve their full potential.
