- Formulated data-driven customer segmentation with the goal of optimizing marketing efficiency, personalizing customer experiences, and shaping Ruggable's product roadmap for strategic growth and innovation - Spearheaded the development and implementation of organization-wide customer retention metrics, providing a comprehensive view of business health, leading to increased customer lifetime value (LTV) and first-order AOV
- Led Wall Art 2.0, an initiative to launch Wall Art on Ruggable.com - Led end-to-end design, development, and sourcing of an innovative wall art product that features a cutting-edge frame hanging system, addressing a major pain point in the market - Formulated a strategic sourcing plan, cultivating partnerships with domestic and overseas suppliers and a robust network of artists that allowed the product to meet gross margin and quality standards
- Reported to the GM and was a member of the leadership team for Ruggable's subsidiary brand Levity Home, a washable furniture concept - Owned P&L and Unit Economics models for the Levity Home business unit, uncovering key insights to drive business strategy - Led team of frontend developers, product managers, UIUX designers, and analysts to create, maintain, and enhance Ruggable’s sister website (levityhome.com) - Managed all aspects of web analytics, including A/B testing roadmap and analytics tools

• Served clients across a wide range of industries (chemicals, payments, IT services, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing, and industrial products) on operations-focused work to drive efficiencies and decrease costs • Identified over $100MM in merger revenue synergies and designed accompanying organizational structure and operating model (incentive scheme, GTM processes, etc.) to tackle synergies • Analyzed vast amounts of data to aid a private equity firm’s decision to purchase a pharmaceutical company; presented findings to top client management • Worked side by side senior client management to implement recommendations that drove over $12MM in savings (across ~$100MM in spend) • Designed transformative marketing material to boost a company’s sales and recognition based on information gathered through interviews conducted with over 40 ex-CIOs • Evaluated third party spend across a banking organization and identified over $180M in cost-saving opportunity across a $2.4B spend base; created initiatives and worked with owners to implement required changes
