Manage the full cycle of recruitment from screening, telephone screening, scheduling and hosting interviews. Establish and manage key relationships with heads of department to stake holders Organise large scale open days Establish relationships with hospitality colleges and organizing internships Vacancy management using job boards within Ireland Use all advertising strategies, and social media including LinkedIn recruiter tool Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes to include multilingual, background, and reference checks Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Marriott recruitment system Responsible for developing an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensure that the Company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates and personally drive the highest standards of ethical behaviour for all involved in the recruiting process
