Job Duties •In charge of the fiscal filing and reporting of our head office in Geneva, Switzerland; •In charge of the financial reporting of our legal entity in both Geneva and UAE; •Ensures proper accounting for both our entities in Geneva and UAE; •In Charge of the VAT quarterly filing of our legal entity in UAE; •Manages cash flow of the company
• Ensure sustainment and implementation of FR related GCS & COSO; • Prepares and submits quarterly and annual BU reporting package including Representation letter, BAIC, COC, pre-close, Cash Flow etc; • Manages the accounting and recording of financial transaction in accordance with USGAAP, PepsiCo policies and local statutory; • Manages the month end closing and reporting of finance on HFM to Region/Corporate; • Implemented SAP in East Med and Africa Business Unit
Private Equity •Screen and evaluate potential investment opportunities •Conduct company financial valutations •Perform qualitative & quantitative due diligence on potential investments •Prepare budgets for investment companies & build financial or cash flow models as needed •Monitor the progress & performance of investments, comparing budgets & target results •Work alongside the legal advisors for the preparation of the MOU document, investment agreements, SPA and SHA. •Prepare investors’ documentation such as Private Placement Memorandums, presentations & proposals. •Prepare internal memos for the investment committee. Real Estate •Perform feasibility studies on potential real estate projects •Update & maintain cash flow management models
