About

I have earned my Master’s of Science Degree in School Counseling and a Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB). Through my intensive graduate program and experience at my internship with the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District, I have gained valuable experience supporting diverse students in academic planning, social-emotional development, and college and career readiness. In addition, I have previously worked with the University of California, Irvine’s Early Academic Outreach Program (EAOP), where I made efforts to increase college access for diverse student populations in the Anaheim Union High School District (AUHSD). My counseling philosophy is that all students deserve the right to equitable educational opportunities and have the ability to succeed. I am passionate about fostering inclusive and supportive environments that empower students to achieve their academic and personal goals. Please feel free to connect if you would like to discuss opportunities or share insights related to counseling and student support!
