- Be a member of the integration team to help customers can integrate into our system effectively. - Working with the security team for improving the security of our payment and subscription component and improve the authentication between internal service - Develop the integration between our system to Stripe make sure the payment process can work smoothly to support the Customer Success team can on boarding customers easier - Work closely with the Customer Success team to troubleshoot and investigate issues when customers raise the ticket related to the system issue - Working closely with the internal development team for support the client can integrate with the new product. Also, involved with the development team to develop some feature that helps for integration part like Webhook - Drive efficiencies in systems and processes: capacity planning, configuration management, performance tuning, monitoring, and root cause analysis - Help Customer Success team integration some third-party applications (ex: Stripe, Totango, Wootric, Docebo, etc ..) to our product. We use some technology like Python, Django, PostgreSQL, RestAPI, ReactJS, NodeJs, AngularJS, Sqlalchemy, Google Cloud Storage
