I have many years of Material Planning and Scheduling experience. The majority of my career has been in the Pharmaceutical industry however, I have worked with several MRP packages including BPCS, MFG-Pro, Navision, SAP, RSMS in the Aviation industry and E2 with Netzer Metalcraft. I am currently using Visual with TheGill Cooperation. I am MS Office proficient, including advanced skills in Excel. I also have experience as a Buyer and have a AA degree in Database Technology. I am proud to say I have been able to adjust to working in several different environments as well as able to go back to the basics where MRP is not utilized.
Publish Manning Schedule and set priorities for production floor Provide production status and estimated ship dates to customers Lead Production Meeting and communicate Back Order status Monitor Production Requirements including Job Routers, Machine Fixtures and Raw Materials. Communicate to personnel action required. Write up paperwork for Packing, Shipping and Billing of parts. Verify and Correct Inventory of parts on books and in E2 Determine timing of parts for Outside Vendor for processing, Create Purchase Orders and Schedule delivery. Get Outside vendors status, Schedule Driver and Receive parts. Also successfully Lead Physical Inventory of parts and Machine tools. This involved developing procedure, training personnel and managing event. Developed procedure for preventative machine maintenance.
Monitor Colonial Pipeline Schedule. Compare deliveries verses fuel consumption to assure volume is within tank capacity and support scheduled uplifts. Contact CPL Scheduler for any needed changes. Track inventory levels of Jet A for 6 owners and communicate Owner level status. Track inventory levels of Diesel and Auto Gas. Place orders within tank capacity. Monitor closing of books in RSMS and assist Accounting personnel if needed. Fuel Farm Supplies - Inventory, Source, Submit Reqs. to AP, Place PO, and Code Invoices. Track payment of invoices to assist GM with Monthly Fuel Farm Budget. Monthly Inventory Usage Reports. Created spreadsheet for Tank Inventory documentation. Trained employees on usage. Created tool for documenting temperatures to calculate net gallons for RSMS. Modified Midfield Fuel Farm Transaction report to include more data and improve fuel traceability.
