Kathy is a leader in the program management and product development space. She has developed her skills with extensive experience in multiple industries and roles to become an effective collaborator and servant leader for her team(s) and customers. In her most recent role, she built the IT Portfolio Management Office at InnovAge from the ground up. Responsibilities included establishing processes and standards for consistent project management and delivery of software development projects. Her work also included establishing Agile software development practices and tools. She also led the Integration Management Office (IMO) to coordinate the cross functional planning and execution of M&A integrations to support the growth objectives of the organization. In support of the growth and scalability, she led the requirements definition and implementation of platform solutions for critical business functions: Customer Relationship Management, Electronic Health Records, Healthcare Regulatory Reporting and Resource Management and Planning. The implementations included platform consolidation and data migration and management. Previous to joining InnovAge, Kathy established her own business in 2010 as Owner and President of WorkNvision, LLC, and started her work as an independent consultant. Her work focused on providing strategic visioning and planning expertise along with skilled facilitation to help organizations define and execute their goals. Prior to venturing out on her own, Kathy worked in Fortune 500 companies in key industry segments of Transportation (Union Pacific Railroad), Telecommunications (Qwest Communications), Financial Services (First Data), and Big Four consulting (KPMG Consulting). She has walked in the shoes of most every business professional as a facilitator, marketer, salesperson, corporate trainer, quality/process improvement specialist, product development manager (NPDP certified), and systems development program manager and consultant (PMP certified).

Hired to define new project intake and prioritization processes and ongoing governance across the enterprise. Defined and implemented project alignment across the eight brands that make up Ingenovis. The organization was in the midst of consolidating its technology stack and, it needed new processes and standards to accept brand/ department specific requests while aligning those requests with the overall corporate strategy. I was responsible for defining processes and tools that preserved brand identify and capabilities to our clients while focused on alignment and efficiencies internally. I serve as the functional liaison with business stakeholders from all management levels and work with Product and Engineering on effective change management processes.

•As the Vice President of the IT Program Management Office, I designed and implemented the processes and standards for the consistent project management and delivery of software development projects for the Information Technology department at InnovAge. •Accountable for the IT project portfolio budgets, resource allocation and achievement of timelines/milestones. •Introduced the practice and tool set for effective resource management. Provide ongoing support and training to enhance resource management for the IT organization. •Implemented the Integration Management Office (IMO) to coordinate the cross functional planning and execution of M&A integrations to support the growth objectives of the organization. •Established Agile practices within the IT organization. Researched and engaged a partner company expert in Agile to assist in the review of the current state, develop and facilitate an all IT training program, and build a roadmap for adoption. •Expanded the PMO staff to a 10 member team to support the organizational growth initiatives. •Promoted to Vice President in recognition of my ability to expand the capabilities and responsibilities of the IT PMO.
