- Act as primary point of contact for Sales team and Sales support - Work directly with other teams (Finance, customer services, etc.) to ensure smooth operations of the Sales organization, including but not limited to resolving any tactical sales issues, breakdowns in communication, processing delays and so on - Define operating plans, processes and procedures, working with existing Sales managers - Troubleshoot and problem solve internal operation and systems issues on behalf of the Sales organization - Critically examine Sales operations flows and processes for effectiveness, and implement process improvements for the Sales team - Ensure compliance of Sales organization with implemented processes - Maintain and update legal wording, pricing and SKUs for current contracts
