Having started my role in as a Passenger Service agent, I worked hard to achieve my current role as a Customer Services Manager. In the aviation industry it is challenging, yet rewarding, with 140 staff in the winter season and up to 250 during the peak of the summer, operating on a 24/7 with a Customer base of approximately 32 airlines. Oversee shorthaul and longhaul flights departing from both in terminals in DUB along with possible diversions and numerous operational changes throughout the day.
