Includes Cardiology services for Non-Invasive, Invasive, Electrophysiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Advanced Heart Failure, Structural Heart, and Vascular Surgery. Serve as internal and external CVSL liaison and relationship management for c-suite, providers and staff. Coordinate and drive process changes within the hospital and outpatient CVSL. Monitor governance of policies and procedures, develop/implement new or improved processes, policies, procedures, and programs to support the provision of CVSL management service related to quality metric goals. Ensure coordination between hospital and outpatient related to clinical workflow, documentation, and billing. Develop and implement Transitional Care Management program for reduction of hospital readmissions.

Drive effective change via implementation of new policies/procedures for improved employee engagement, patient engagement, and customer service. Maximize efficiency to capture and process referrals more timely, improve cardiac rehab and related programs, increase patient retention, reduce costs, improve EMR/documentation, and improve collections. Implement all changes for clinic growth and increased revenue and profitability. Additional responsibilities include development and implementation of Chronic Care Management program and contract oversight for NMHI Research Department.
