. Set up new sales & marketing team. . Screen potential business detail deals by analyzing market strategic, deal requirements, investment – evaluation options , designing and construction. . Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals. . Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. . Reaching out any potential clients via all kind of channels (e.g. Inbound and outbound Events, Networking Events, Cold call, corporate partnership with trade organizations, law firms, banks….) . . Work with other team members to expand Keppel client base, in order to ensure the budgeted revenue is maintained as in minimum, in the meantime forcus on increasing volume and GP. . To actively identify/source and convince new sales opportunities within allocate and expand portfolio. . To partcipate in business implementation, setting up Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) for new and existing business gains. . To ensure that the personal knowledge of all relevent Keppel Logistics Business/Products and Services along with the local market is up to date at all times and support and work closely with Operation team and Supply Chain team to ensure the levels of customer is met or exceeded. . Respond to inquiries from other sources: agencies, media, advertising… and maintain all sales and communication data.
. Plan and implement marketing activities in order to promote Mapletree’s properties. . Maintain good relationship with well-know agencies. . Organize the events with other real estate organizations and government agencies. . Negotiation all terms and conditions Letter of Offer and Tenant Agreement directly with potential customers. . Work closely with Accountant Department to monitor monthly payment. . Comprehensive knowledge of internal SOP procedures in terms of Leasing and Property Management to the regulars maintenance, observation of tenants’ activities to ensure they remain in compliance with all conditions of contractual agreement. . Provide consultancy on general information about corporate income tax, import-export processing, and tax regulations to clients. . Report monthly revenue to HQ in Singapore. . Lease management of 42 business inside all Mapletree Industrial and Logistics Park throughout Vietnam.
. Handled all administrative duties as assigned by the Industrial & Logistics Manager. Sourced, analyzed, and evaluated potential properties and sites for clients. . Provided clients with general information about corporate income tax, import-export processing, and tax regulations. . Negotiated with landlords on behalf of the clients. . Assisted client during processing of the Sale/Lease Agreement. . Provided support to the client during the Investment License application process. . Ensured that all import- export activities adhered to Vietnam Tax Department and Vietnam Customs Department. . Completed a monthly liquidation report of import-export turnover and import tax refund. .
