With a diverse background spanning human resources, clinical psychology, and corporate relations, I help clients navigate everyday workplace challenges, from building assertive communication skills to managing performance anxiety and imposter syndrome. In addition to co-founding EscapeX Rooms, one of the longest-running and highest-rated escape games in the county, I am a doctoral candidate earning hours toward psychologist licensure in California. I have brought my clinical training in conflict management and motivational interviewing to the escape room industry, partnering with a diverse corporate clientele of small businesses and regional offices of Fortune 500 companies to deliver bespoke team-building experiences. Leveraging nearly 15 years of experience working with clients on their emotional and career development, I offer value-added services ranging from one-on-one or group coaching sessions to administering strengths and personality assessments including the DiSC® Assessment and Working Styles Assessment (WSA).
