Working as an ASM for Corporate Data Quality, managing a team and the teams work loads. Identifying data issues via spreadsheets, validation and observation. Getting to the bottom of the issue and helping to resolve it with training and standard operational procedures across the trust. High level of communication and accuracy in the role needed. Face to face and remote training performed where needed.
Analysing data, finding the issue that is wrong and initiate training to rectify the problem. Training, supervision, meeting, presentations and extensive other roles within the job description of being an ASM.
Organised MDT meetings, tracked a very busy PTL of cancer patients for Colorectal making sure there were no breaches of Cancer Alliance 2 week referrals.
Working in the admin office and reception within the physiotherapy department dealing with all aspects of admin work from telephone hotline to uploading all referrals.
Working on main reception assisting patients, visitors, clients and staff along with transports. Worked alongside volunteers.
12 hour nights looking after residents that are elderly and have dementia.
