• Create New User, modified current user, create EpicCare link users • Provision New Providers, on-boarding • Monitor tickets and Incidents, provide training to new analyst • Troubleshoot security access issues
Orders/Lab Analyst • Analyze new Reference lab codes for existing Lab tests and components (EAP, LRR). • Update new Reference lab codes for Quest and LIS (Sunquest), via import. • Create test plans and integrated testing cycles with vendor. • Validate interface messages for correct coding. • Assist with 2020 CPT changes, research, pull reports thru chronicle reports and reporting workbench.
Senior Orders/Lab Analyst/Implementation Lead • Work in close conjunction with the lab operations and the clinical end users to build lab workflows and orders as per the facility requirements. • Develop documentation of test plans, technical documentation, release notes, end-user guides, training programs and/or other materials as necessary. • Document operational and technical workflows in flowcharts and Visio for reference. • Coordinate user groups and project teams, convening conference calls and meetings and maintaining minutes and follow-up logs. Run Validation Session for Lab Operations. • Work collaboratively with other application analysts to develop integrated workflow and tests as needed.
Senior Security Analyst Conversion • Assist with creating training scripts for large Security conversion. • Assign new roles, templates, sub-templates. • Assist with end-user training and problem resolution. • Document functionality issues in testing. • Audit files for missing templates links, EMP/SER issues. • Go-Live Command Center, Data Courier, break/fix, ticket support.
• Re-build all lab components and tests (LRR, EAP) for upgrade for future orders in interface. Validate Loinc coding for components. • Configure Epic Ambulatory Application to support ordering, resulting, reviewing, and storing of lab tests. • Monitor interfaces for errors. Fix and re-submit results. • Update or import large amounts of lab related data in Epic Ambulatory via import spreadsheets or Data Courier.
