Responsibilities include Construction Management, Corporate Functions, AECOM Field Services, Sourcing Strategies, and Global Enterprise Capabilities, Digital Adoption Hub. • Partner with Business Line Leaders, Human Resources, Operations and Support Services key stakeholders to: • Develop and drive an effective recruitment channel management strategy to enhance talent attraction based on business plans. • Implement key programs and training initiatives to support process improvements and changing environments. • Lead a talent acquisition team in providing recruiting activities and recruitment support managed to key metrics and performance indicators. • Responsible for supporting OFCCP compliance adherence. • Coaching hiring managers in the practice of behavior interviewing techniques.
