    Working for South Wales largest and most successful Janitorial supplies company, my daily duties include telephone and face-to-face sales, order processing and organising day to day responsibilities. As part of this role, I provide advice, after sales support, and build relationships to encourage repeat purchase through my product knowledge and customer care. I am responsible for diary management, invoicing, credit control and management of distribution from the warehouse. A part of this job that I particularly enjoy is training of new staff, setting sales targets and helping my team achieve these targets, through report analysis and training.
