During my time at sixth form and high school, I took part in many different problem solving courses, related to Maths in particular, where in high school I outperformed most of my year. During my first year of university, at the University of Birmingham, I completed a Problem Solving and Mathematical Modelling Course which further improved my ability to seek out the most beneficial solution in varied scenarios. As well as this, I have shown leadership skills when I captained my football team that I played for, for a duration of 4 years from 2015-2019. By captaining a sports team, it has allowed me to develop skills in critical decision making and also, allowed me to take on board others' ideas and determine which ones would further improve our skills as a team. I have not yet received any work experience, due mostly to the Covid-19 pandemic, and focusing on my 4 A-Levels whilst at sixth form.
