As a VP to Oppenheimer's CEO Advisor "Institute" our team is responsible to co-develop and implement a national business coaching program that supports and adds value to the field efforts of Oppenheimer's Senior Advisory Consultants. The "Institute" provides coaching, team development and practice management resources to Oppenheimer's clients; the advisors and advisory teams working within the financial services industry. The goal of the CEO Institute is to help the financial services industry respond to the challenges of growing complexity in serving the needs of thier clients. We provide content, presentations, seminars, education, team development, white papers, team and 1:1 coaching to further the professional development and success of our clients.
-Directs, manages and administers all marketing and communication efforts for Morgan Stanley's (MS) Consulting Group (CG), an industry-leading advisory business providing investment solutions for institutional and retail clients. Consulting Group has $618+ billion in assets under management and a secured 87% MS Financial Advisor penetration rate. -Develop and execute branding strategy and tactical marketing programs for all advisory programs (20+) both retail and institutional. Work closely with product teams. -CG Marketing team writes, updates and coordinates more than 450 advisory sales and marketing tools (printed and electronic/web) for internal and external audiences. -Direct CG daily/ongoing internal sales and marketing communications efforts throughout MS system including campaigns, TV, newsletters, e-mails, social media and websites. -Top-rated, enthusiastic and creative presenter at major training events. Frequently requested to speak at MS Branch offices. -Hosts internal TV shows and special programs. -Manage MS's Public Relations agency for MS Investments and Consulting Group. In 2012 MS Investments realized more than 235 media (TV and print) placements. -Spearhead marketing for new advisory/Consulting Group product launches and cross-selling efforts through multiple distribution channels. -Supervise MS's Marketing Review Group and policy with third-party money managers, managing Registered Principal (Series 24) Reviewers. Work side by side with Legal and Compliance. -Develop,implement and manage annual CG marketing budget of $1.5 million. -From Sept. 2008 through Jan. 2010, in addition to above, managed MS's Branch Marketing department; responsible for MS's 17,000 Financial Advisors' personalized marketing programs such as brochures, websites, seminar program and more.

Led sales and marketing effort that generated a 38% annual growth rate in assets under management and a FA penetration rate of 67%. Key facilitator of marketing programs and launches that delivered separately managed accounts and the industry first (and leading) multiple discipline account (MDA) platform.
