🚆 Director of Certification | Mechanical Engineer | Leading Rail & Infrastructure Innovation Through Trust and Collaboration As Director of Certification at AEGIS Certification I lead a global business delivering high-value approvals across rolling stock and infrastructure from passenger and freight vehicles to signalling systems, software, wagons, OTMs, and OTPs. My remit spans UK and international approvals including ApBo, DeBo, AsBo, ISA, ICP, PAB, Product Acceptance, and NoBo (Europe) compliance. I’m a strong advocate for interoperability, enabling seamless integration of onboard and trackside systems across complex, multi-country programmes. This strategic vision is backed by AEGIS’s expanding global reach, including offices in Spain, Ireland, and Canada and supporting the IKOS group in a myriad of countries around the world. But my work is never just about compliance, it’s about partnership. Whether navigating ETCS installations, or leading ISO 17065 and ISO 17020 programmes, I champion stakeholder engagement, transparent communication, and a values-led approach.
