Mercer Island, Washington, United States
I am a sophomore honors Nutrition and Medical Sciences major at the University of Delaware. I am considering minors in public health, environmental studies, and Spanish. My passion lies in promoting sustainable, healthy lifestyles and addressing systemic barriers that underserved communities face in achieving mental and physical well-being. Women's health is a field I am deeply drawn to, as I aspire to make a meaningful impact by advancing equitable healthcare solutions. Additionally, I am committed to environmental sustainability and seek to integrate eco-conscious practices into my life, and inspiring others to do the same. As someone dedicated to continuous growth, I am working to maintain and build upon my Spanish-speaking skills with the goal of studying abroad in a Spanish-speaking country. This will enable me to connect with diverse communities and apply these skills in a future healthcare career.
