- Teamlead for our Customer Care Team (focus on excellent customer service, conflict management, upselling etc.). - Responsible for managing and onboarding our wholesale partners (onboard in the use of our B2B portal, create orders, deliver POS material to stores, handling payments/invoices etc.). - Planning and execution of commercial strategies to ensure growth and customer retention. - Ensure customer satisfaction (both online and in wholesale). - Responsible for upselling to existing wholesale partners. - Lead on developing and/or finding as well as implementing new tools and processes relevant for growth and success in our Customer Care Team. - Strategic sounding board and part of our management team. - Reporting performance and statistics within our Customer Care Team on a weekly and monthly basis. - Handling every step of the customer journey (awareness, consideration, purchase and retention). - Managing inquiries from across media (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok) and via platforms (Zendesk, Trustpilot, Gmail, Manychat and Meta Business Suite).

Som Community Manager hos rådgivningsfirmaet Bering & Søgaard beskæftigede jeg mig især med content marketing og online kommunikation. Jeg både planlagde og eksekverede deres daværende og fremtidige kommunikationsstrategier, og jeg bidrog med udarbejdelse af nye brandingstrategier på de sociale medier, udarbejdelse af tekst-, video- og billedmateriale til opslag på de sociale medier samt pressemeddelelser og nyhedsbreve. Derudover var jeg ansvarlig for at skabe generel brand awareness og i den forbindelse tage kontakt til diverse virksomheder, erhvervsforeninger/erhvervsråd og uddannelsesinstitutioner med henblik på blandt andet samarbejder.
Mine primære arbejdsopgaver i IKEA Aarhus bestod i at ekspedere kunder på den mest effektive og kundevenlige måde og bemande Småland. Derudover var jeg også jour, hvilket indebar, at jeg styrede driften i afdelingen på den pågældende dag. Det betød bl.a., at jeg havde ansvar for, at alle medarbejdere var på de rigtige pladser, at de blev roteret rundt, at finde løsninger ved sygemeldinger, at strukturere pauser og ikke mindst at lave både morgen- og aftenregnskab.
Som kommunikationsmedarbejder hos Katoni i Aarhus C fik jeg lov til at nørkle med sprog og kommunikation i en voksende og innovativ virksomhed. Hos Katoni beskæftigede jeg mig især med deres content marketing og online kommunikation, og dette skete blandt andet i arbejdet med forfatning af tekster til katoni.dk, sociale medier, artikler, pressemeddelelser samt blogindlæg. Derudover beskæftigede jeg mig ligeledes med SEO og mere specifikt link-building, onpage SEO, søgeordsanalyse samt effektmåling af SEO strategier.
