Kathleen has spent well over 25 years working in healthcare. She earned her nursing degree at Bloomberg School of Nursing, University of Toronto and her Master's degree in Health Science also at the University of Toronto. Kathleen retired from nursing in 2019 to focus on her start-up US company, Zappy Co., to research and develop an artificially intelligent robot for dementia care. Her compassion came from looking after her late mother who suffered a 30 years battle with Pick's disease when Kathleen was only 9 years old. Visit www.zappyco.us
