Kathleen Black started with DPTS as a speaker, then Master Coach, Director of Coaching, Elite Coach, Director of Operations, and from 2013 to 2016, Owner & CEO. Under Kathleen's guidance DPTS grew to be recognized as an elite real estate training company serving Brokers and Realtors across Canada, making considerable gains in areas of name recognition, quality of service, and in the financial status of DPTS since she began to oversee all content creation, training & hiring of coaches, client experience, events, and overall leadership of the company. After serving as a silent partner in the company for several years, Dan Plowman and Kathleen came to terms of a buy out for Dan to take a new active role in the company.
