I'm a Special Education Teacher and Teacher Development Facilitator in District 75, where I coach teacher residents and lead professional learning. My work focuses on designing systems that support both students and teachers, with an emphasis on differentiation, engagement, and accessibility. I develop real-world learning experiences, including a classroom-based financial literacy system aligned to NYC Solves, and create scaffolded instructional materials for diverse learners. I also integrate AI tools such as Magic School AI and Canva AI to design interactive, low floor, high ceiling learning experiences that improve student engagement and access to content. I am the co-author of the 4 Pillar Mindset and creator of a character-based SEL system that supports emotional intelligence and student growth. I am now exploring opportunities to expand my work into professional development, curriculum design, and AI integration in education.
