As Executive Assistant at the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center (EIC) of IESE Business School, I provide support to the Executive Director, ensuring the seamless execution of strategic initiatives while managing operations, events, and logistics across the Center. Also collaborate with WeStart, IESE’s early-stage (up to 500K€) mentoring program, helping connect entrepreneurs (Founders) with Expert mentors, resources, and opportunities. My role combines structure, agility, and people-first coordination to ensure smooth execution and impactful outcomes. My professional journey bridges digital transformation, innovation, and entrepreneurship. During my master’s in Digital Transformation & Leadership, I entered the consulting world and later joined an EdTech startup as a Digital Business Coordinator—managing front and back end product roadmaps, sales strategies, marketing automation, and partner growth in Spain and LATAM. Before IESE, I spent 14+ years in the United States hospitality and entertainment industry, leading sales, people, operation, business development, and large-scale events. I also bring creative roots from the music industry in the U.S. and Colombia, with a bachelor’s in Music-Sound Engineering and hands-on work in post-production and live sound. Now a DJ in Spain. Formerly a national gymnast representing Colombia, I carry the discipline, resilience, and teamwork of sports into my professional life. Outside of work, I love traveling, exploring cultures, enjoying concerts, DJing and staying active.
