I bring over a decade of experience in operations and management, including my current role as Law Firm Administrator/Human Resource Generalist at a high volume law firm in the Akron area. In early 2019, I transitioned into the legal industry when I was offered my current job. Since then, I have led efforts to modernize the firm’s operations, implement streamlined processes, and support a dynamic professional team. This role has been both a rewarding challenge and a valuable opportunity for continued growth, allowing me to build strong professional relationships and expand my leadership skill set.
