Most HR practitioners know how to run people programs. Fewer know how to build them from nothing, scale them through growth, and use technology to make them sharper along the way. That combination is where I live. I am a People Operations Business Partner with 8+ years of experience partnering with leadership at remote-first, high-growth technology organizations. I work across the full employee lifecycle: employee relations, performance management, manager enablement, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning for globally distributed teams spanning 35+ countries. What sets my practice apart is a genuine, day-to-day integration of AI-enabled HR workflows. I use AI tools to synthesize people data, improve documentation, streamline communications, and create more capacity for the high-judgment, human-centered work that actually moves organizations forward.
