As Senior Director of People Analytics & Organizational Development at Noodle, I direct all performance management and analysis functions, as well as the design and delivery of internal professional growth, management skill development, and compliance programs that support our delivery of strategic services and high-quality, evidence-based, and learner-centered graduate degree programs for higher education and corporate partners. My expertise includes developing strategies for AI-enabled predictive analysis of HRIS, engagement, and business data; business needs training design and delivery; data security and employee compliance; skill-gap analysis; and optimizing management, training, and engagement processes across a globally distributed workforce. I have over 20 years of experience in the education sector, spanning academic, administrative, and consulting roles. I'm a SHRM-CP, certified Kirkpatrick Evaluation Certified Professional, a certified DISC facilitator, and New York State certified mediator. I am also the founder of UpNext Learning, a private practice that provides learning support and educational therapy for adults and children with learning disabilities and ADHD. Our providers are passionate about helping clients develop the skills, strategies, and mindsets they need to succeed in school and in life. I am a trained Orton-Gillingham, SRSD, and Hochman provider, and a speaker and writer on executive function and self-regulation.
