Talent Specialist Team Lead (Jan 2021 - Oct 2021) - Promoted in 15 months as the first manager of TA. - Built and managed a team of 5, including 3 Recruiters, a Talent Coordinator and a Sourcer. - Initiated, implemented, and iterated on talent metrics and tracking. - I joined KOHO as a team of 75 and grew the company to 235 employees in 2 years.
