- Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training and performance evaluations - Develop new Performance Appraisal System and educate supervisors and employees on it Arrange in-house and external training activities - Organize lessons for the employees to practice and learn English
- Develop and support the implementation of all recruitment processes (new members and leadership body) - Create the national HR planning system and national goal setting - Develop and support the implementation of leadership development program - Research and Create a new structure for the local entities - Manage and Coach the HR function in Greece - Virtual management of the National Support team of HR
- Responsible for the overall results and performance of the Local Chapter - Manage the Executive Board team and team leader - Representative of the Local Chapter in National and International gatherings - Lead strategic and operational planning - Plan, track, budget and report on the functional work
